Elder Jermillia Ballenger knows what it means to Serve, and faithfully, she wears many hats in the kingdom of God! She is an Ordained Minister of the gospel, a Leader, an Armorbearer, a Teacher, a Graphic Designer, Photographer, & Editor, and most importantly; a Mother!

She has been dancing and leading dance & worship arts ministry for over 28+ years. God has chosen and gifted her to be effective and versatile in many areas worship  throughout the years, which have lead her into a higher call in ministry. God gave her the vision  for LEAD Alliance back in 2014 for the purpose of uniting, supporting, ministering, and equipping dance ministries and leaders for the work of ministry and to draw others to Christ Jesus.  Elder Jermillia runs Power of Praise Dance Academy, where she mentors, leads, and trains  students, that have a passion and an open mind, on effectively bringing glory to God through the art of movement.  She believes that you should never stop learning or growing in your God-given gifts, and she seeks to further her knowledge through personal study, in Word, as well as learning from others who are also passionate in the ministry of movement!

 

Elder Jermillia has studied, trained, and obtained several certifications in her many years in the worship arts ministry. She believes that it's important to not only stay in the Word of God for yourself, but to be teachable and allow others to pour into you as well. Also investing in classes, and sound biblical teaching material are important too!

Elder Jermillia believes that you should always seek to grow in your gift, as she continues to expand her knowledge with a vast variety of books, mentorship, prophetic teachings, and the living Word of God!

Elder Jermillia resides in Greenville, SC and is a member of We Are One In the Spirit WOM. where she actively serves in several leadership roles! Her Pastors are Chief Apostle Dr. Michael and Prophetess Dr. Jennie Lock. Outside of her love for worship arts, Elder Jermillia loves graphic design projects, photography, thrifty shopping, and most importantly spending time with family & Friends; especially her 2 adorable grandboys (Dallas and Dax)! She's a proud mom of 3 handsome young men (Jaylen, J'vion, & J'kobi) and an amazing bonus daughter (Kim). Elder Jermillia also a pet mom to a Corgi/Lab mix & a tabby cat (Diesel & Jackson) & 2 grand-rabbits (Paul & Silas).  This woman of God doesn't plan on slowing down any time soon! She lives to glorify and worship the one and on true sovereign God and says she will do it until her last breath.
